Terms of Service

Last updated: 17 July 2026

1. Who we are

CallSheet (“we”, “us”) provides a portfolio website builder for UGC creators at callsheet.site, operated from the United Kingdom. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use CallSheet. By signing up you confirm that you are, and that any information you provide is accurate.

3. Your account

Sign-in is by magic link to your email address — keep access to that inbox secure, as anyone with it can access your account. You’re responsible for activity on your account. One person per account; you may operate one site per account on current plans.

4. Your content

You own everything you upload — photos, videos, copy, logos, all of it. So that we can operate the service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process and display your content for the purpose of running your portfolio site and (where you’ve opted in) the creator directory. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account.

You’re responsible for having the rights to everything you publish — including client work, brand names and logos you list, and any people appearing in your content.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use CallSheet to publish or distribute content that:

  • impersonates any person or brand, or misrepresents your work or results;
  • is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit;
  • infringes someone else’s intellectual property or privacy;
  • contains malware, phishing, or deceptive commercial practices;
  • involves anyone under 18.

We may unpublish or remove content, or suspend accounts, that we reasonably believe break these rules. Anyone can flag a site via the report page; every report is reviewed by a human.

6. Copyright & DMCA

If you believe a site hosted on CallSheet infringes your copyright or trademark, submit a report via the report page selecting “IP / DMCA”, including: identification of the work, the infringing URL, your contact details, and a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorised. We respond promptly, typically by removing the material pending resolution. Repeat infringers’ accounts will be terminated.

7. Plans, billing & cancellation

The Free plan is free forever within its limits. Pro is a paid subscription (monthly or yearly) billed by Stripe; prices are shown at checkout and on the pricing page. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard — Pro features remain until the end of the paid period, then your account moves to the Free plan (content over Free limits stays saved but Pro-only features stop applying). Statutory refund rights are unaffected.

8. Leaving, and deleting your account

You can export your data and delete your site or your entire account from the dashboard at any time. Account deletion is immediate and irreversible: your sites, uploads, leads and analytics are removed and any subscription is cancelled.

9. Service changes & availability

We aim for excellent uptime but the service is provided “as is” — we don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability, and features may evolve. We’ll give reasonable notice of material changes that affect paid features.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited. Otherwise, our total liability to you is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren’t liable for indirect losses (lost profits, lost briefs, lost data caused by factors outside our control). CallSheet showcases your work but doesn’t broker contracts — deals you strike with brands are between you and them.

11. These terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be flagged by email or in the app, and continuing to use the service after that means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Questions: hello@mail.callsheet.site.
